Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for detecting microplastics in cephalopods. Specifically, the method includes the following steps: mixing organism tissues of samples from cephalopods with a digestion solution for digestion; suction-filtering and drying the digested organism tissues; and performing microscopic examination and infrared detection on the organism tissues to calculate the abundance of microplastics.
