Summary:The present invention provides high-germination-rate cotton seed cleaning equipment and a seed cleaning method, and relates to the technical field of seed cleaning. The method comprises the steps of preparing to-be-cleaned seeds, preparing an iron powder mixture, mixing and agitating materials for preparation, conveying and separating materials and collecting materials in a classified manner, and involved devices mainly comprise material mixing and feeding equipment, a conveying mechanism and a material separation vibrating screen. To-be-cleaned seeds are subjected to surface polishing treatment and then mixed with an iron powder mixture; then the purposes of conveying and separating materials are achieved through the conveying mechanism and the material separation vibrating screen, cracked cotton seeds with the iron powder mixture mixed in cracks are attracted to the surface of a conveyor belt, are conveyed to a non-attraction area along with the conveyor belt, and fall under the action of gravity, so that the objective of removing the cracked cotton seeds is achieved; and effective seeds, attractable seeds and residual iron powder are collected separately by the material separation vibrating screen. The germination rate of cotton seeds is increased by 6.5%-19.8%, and the proportion of cracked seeds is reduced by 56.5%-90.0%. Fig. 1
