Summary:The invention discloses a wireless low-power image transmission camera based on GPRS and a control method thereof, which comprises a power control board and a processor control board, wherein the power control board comprises a power control chip and a timer, the timer is electrically connected with the power control chip. The processor control board includes a processor, a camera control component connected with the processor, an infrared lamp, a brightness sensor and a transmission module. The power control chip is connected with the processor through an output probe, the camera control component is connected with a high definition lens, the transmission module is provided with a SIM card slot, the processor is connected with a cloud server through the transmission module, the brightness sensor detects the current ambient brightness, and the infrared lamp is used for night detection. The captured pictures can be transmitted to the cloud server through the network, with simple structure, low cost and convenient operation.
