Summary:The present invention relates to a composition containing Helianthus tuberosus leaf extract and preparation method and applications thereof. The composition comprises: Helianthus tuberosus leaf extract, a composition of a zinc-containing compound and a copper-containing compound, polyaspartic acid, a compound amino acid, glucosan, ribavirin, plant immune protein (Phytophthora spp.) extract, zeatin fermentation broth, and beeswax essence alcohol extraction powder. The preparation method is as follows: (1) adding polyaspartic acid and a compound amino acid to Helianthus tuberosus leaf extract successively; (2) adding citric acid to adjust the pH to 4 to 5; (3) adding ribavirin, glucosan and y-cyclodextrin successively; (4) adding plant immune protein (Phytophthora spp.) extract, zeatin fermentation broth and beeswax essence alcohol extraction powder successively; (5) adding a composition of a zinc-containing compound and a copper-containing compound until completely dissolved; and (6) adding potassium sorbate and Tween. Tests have demonstrated that the composition of the present invention significantly reduces the accumulation of cucumber mosaic virus genome replication, and then reduces the expression of virus-related proteins, and field application can effectively prevent and control corresponding plant virus diseases.
