Summary:Abstract The present invention discloses a set of primer combination and kit for simultaneously detecting 93 bovine genetic defect genes and lethal haplotypes. Through this set of primers and kit, causal mutation sites (SNP, insertion and deletion of short fragments) of 93 genetic defect genes (such as PIRM syndrome, curved tail syndrome, and epidermolysis bullosa) and lethal haplotypes (HH1, HH3, HH4, HH5, and JH1) can be detected at one time, and carriers with single genetic defect genes and lethal haplotype carriers are screened out, so as to provide accurate guidance for breeding and genetic evaluation of breeding cattle, selection and mating of cattle, genetic improvement of populations, new breed cultivation, and protection of genetic resources. The present invention has the characteristics of high throughput, low cost, high accuracy, and the like, is suitable for beef cattle and cow breeds, and can be widely used in the field of cattle breeding and reproduction.
