Summary: | Abstract The present invention belongs to the technical field of health care products, and discloses a purple wheat health care product and a preparation method thereof. The purple wheat health care product is composed of the following components in parts by mass: 30-40 parts of purple wheat, 15-20 parts of plant protein extract, 10-12 parts of mushroom cap powder, 6-10 parts of Radix puerariae, 7-9 parts of Hippophae rhamnoides, 4-7 parts of a complex vitamin, 5-8 parts of dietary fiber powder and 2-3 parts of a composite additive. In the health care product provided in the present invention, the effects of the purple wheat are applied to the health care product, and the health care product with effects of prolonging life, improving memory, promoting growth and development and regulating immunity is produced by technologies such as an advanced 'one-step pelletizing' process, combination of Chinese and western medicines and low temperature sterilization. The purple wheat used by the present invention has the function of controlling the increase of postprandial plasma glucose in diabetic patients, and is the unique purple grain wheat variety with the function mentioned above developed in China.
