Summary:The invention relates to a device (10), designed and configured to automatedly attach beheaded and eviscerated fish (11) on holding devices (12) for automated further processing of the beheaded and eviscerated fish (11) at a downstream processing station (67), the device being distinguished by: a frame structure (14); a transport device (15) arranged on the frame structure (14), designed and configured to transport beheaded and eviscerated fish (11), tail first and with their abdominal cavity downward, in a transport direction T along a transport path, the transport device (15) comprising a transport unit (16) that is driven rotatingly and at least one holding device (12) fastened thereto having at least one fastening element (17) and a holding plate (18), which holding device is designed and configured to hold the beheaded and eviscerated fish (11) while it is being processed; a feed device (19), designed and configured to automatically feed the beheaded and eviscerated fish (11) into the region of the transport device (15); a pick-up and centring device (20), designed and configured to pick up the beheaded and eviscerated fish (11), with its abdominal cavity downward, released by the feed device (19) and to centre same parallel to the transport direction T; and a transfer device (21), designed and configured to transfer the beheaded and eviscerated fish (11) from the pick-up and centring device (20), to hold the beheaded and eviscerated fish (11) in a transfer position, and to release the beheaded and eviscerated fish (11) as soon as a holding device (12) transported through the beheaded and eviscerated fish (11) in the region of the abdominal cavity captures the beheaded and eviscerated fish (11) and removes same from the transfer device (21) in the transfer position. The invention further relates to corresponding devices and methods for automatedly obtaining meat.
