Summary:SURGICAL DEVICE WITH INCORPORATED TISSUE EXTRACTION Systems and methods discussed herein relate to surgical systems including tissue resecting devices where the handset (310) has a disposable portion (31OA) detachably coupled to a reusable portion (310B). The reusable portion (310B) maybe a housing (311) where a motor (320) and electronics are stored that may be used to drive a shaft (302) inserted into the disposable portion (310A). The shaft (302) maybe coupled to a fluid pathway through the disposable portion (310A) that is fluidly isolated from the reusable section (310B). Afteruse, the disposable section (31OA) is detached from the reusable section (31OB) and disposed, and the reusable section (31OB) may be cleaned and sterilized, or may be cleaned only.
