Summary: | The present invention addresses the problem of providing a mammalian cell preservation liquid or the like that can effectively suppress reduction in the cell survival rate of mammalian cells occurring when the mammalian cells are preserved in liquid and suppress reduction in the self-replicative ability of mammal stem cells when the mammalian stem cells are preserved in liquid, and that is less likely to have an adverse influence on the life of a mammal when the mammalian cells are administered into the living body of the mammal. As a solution thereto, this mammalian cell preservation liquid that contains trehalose, a derivative thereof, or a salt thereof, and a hydrogen carbonate such as sodium hydrogen carbonate, as a pH adjusting agent, and that has a pH of 6.5-8.5, is used to preserve mammalian cells. |
