Summary:The application discloses a detection device for Ralstonia solanacearum, including: a detection box and a detection component arranged inside the detection box. The detection component includes a test strip provided with a plurality of micropores for accommodation of a test solution and an illuminator arranged on top of the detection box, where the test strip is at least partially inserted into the detection box, and no less than half of a length of the test strip is located below the illuminator. The test strip has a double layer structure, and a flexible transparent film is provided on a surface of the test strip. An adjustment mechanism is arranged on a surface of the detection box, has a scale line on a side of the adjustment mechanism, and can adjust a flow rate of the test solution on the test strip. An end of the test strip is provided with a liquid outlet, and an end of the liquid outlet is connected with a temporary storage cavity which can temporarily store a squeezed test solution. The surface of the detection box is provided with a display on a side of the adjustment mechanism. The display is provided with several display lines which can display fluorescent bands. Qualitative detection of bacteria can be carried out by observing the fluorescent bands. - 0 0 0 - 5
