Summary: | A fully-mechanized coal-mining face mine shaft water resource utilization system, which is constituted by a coal-mining face wastewater and goaf area stagnant water collecting and purification system (5), a sludge treatment system, and a feedback control system. The mining-face wastewater and goaf area stagnant water collection and purification system (5) can be divided into four parts, namely a wastewater collecting area (17), a physical filtration area (14), a suspended matter treatment area (15), and a heavy metal ion treatment area (16). The sludge treatment system comprises a sludge suction pipe (32), a sludge pump (2), and a mechanical centrifuge (1). The feedback control system comprises an automatic control panel (3), a control line (34), an electric control valve, and a water pump. Also provided is a method for using the system, in which the pH of the suspended matter treatment area (15) is adjusted to 6-8, flocculants PAM and PAC are added, and starch xanthate is added to the heavy metal ion treatment area (16). This allows wastewater to be treated into industrial water and household water and achieves the goal of resource recovery and utilization of coal-mining face and goaf area wastewater. |
