Summary: | Abstract The present invention discloses a method for preparing low-molecular-weight K-carrageenan potassium by enzymolysis, comprising the following steps: (1) preparing K-carrageenan powder into a K-carrageenan aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 0.5-1.5% in a 40-50°C water bath, stirring evenly, adding a K-carrageenan enzyme, and stirring for enzymolysis for 6-8h; (2) performing alcohol precipitation on the enzymolysis solution, to obtain low-molecular-weight K-carrageenan oligosaccharide; and (3) preparing the obtained K-carrageenan oligosaccharide into a solution with a mass concentration of 4-10%, mixing the oligosaccharide solution with a potassium chloride aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 0.1-2%, and performing alcohol washing and desalination on the mixed solution, to obtain low-molecular-weight K-carrageenan potassium. The method of the present invention is simple in step and mild in condition. The prepared low-molecular-weight -carrageenan potassium is stable in molecular weight within a relatively small range, is high in potassium ion binding rate, can be added as a food additive to food and used as a health care product, and can also be prepared as a medicine for preventing or treating hypertension. |
