Summary:Provided is a disinfectant composition in which the efficacy of olanexidine gluconate, which has been used as a highly safe disinfectant for external use, is further enhanced, which has an expanded antimicrobial spectrum, and which therefore has an expanded application range. By using a disinfectant composition characterized by containing olanexidine gluconate and being basic, an olanexidine gluconate-containing disinfectant having an expanded antimicrobial spectrum compared to conventional products can be produced.
