Summary:The invention relates to a novel method for preparing a mixture of solid potassium salts from a fermentation juice obtained in a fermentation method for the production of chemical compounds in a fermentation medium having a pH regulated by the addition of a base comprising potassium hydroxide, characterised in that it comprises the addition of a strong acid to the fermentation juice in a quantity sufficient for generating the precipitation of the mixture of potassium salts, followed by the separation of the mixture of solid potassium salts from the acidified fermentation juice. The invention also relates to the mixture of potassium salts that can be produced by said method and to the use thereof as fertiliser.
