Summary:A clamp device (10) for leg meat on the bone according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a base part (12); a pair of clamp pieces (14) which are attached to the base part, and which are configured so as to grip the leg meat on the bone; and orientation adjustment members (16) for adjusting the orientation of the leg meat on the bone which are attached to the base part independently from the pair of clamp pieces, and which are provided with inclined surfaces (18) which are inclined at an acute angle with respect to a centre line between the pair of clamp pieces. At least portions of the inclined surfaces of the orientation adjustment members are disposed so as to overlap a space formed between the pair of clamp pieces in a plan view, when the pair of clamp pieces are in an open state.
