Summary:A method, comprising: obtaining a location of a wireless device; accessing a regulatory database to obtain a set of radio white space channels for the location; identifying multiple sensing devices proximate to the wireless device; causing the multiple sensing devices to periodically or continuously sense at least some of the radio white space channels of the set obtained from the regulatory database at different rates to produce signal information associated with the at least some of the radio white space channels; and, collectively analyzing the signal information from the multiple sensing devices to determine whether an individual radio white space channel of the set is available for use by the wireless device at the location.
