Summary:FLUID APPLICATION SYSTEM AND METHOD A container (61), comprising a reservoir (16) holding a non-pressurized chemical and a valve assembly within the reservoir (16), wherein the valve assembly includes a chemical intake conduit (1100) and a spring biased valve stem (57), wherein the valve stem (57) is at least one of an upwardly extending conduit or reciprocating conduit, which is in fluid communication with the product intake conduit (1100) wherein the container (61) is adapted to connect to a sprayer assembly structured to spray a mixture of chemical and diluent, and wherein the valve assembly is adapted to provide a chemical flowrate in the range of 0.008 ml per second to 1.05 ml per second, to provide a mixture of chemical and diluent in the sprayer assembly, with a ratio of chemical to diluent of 1:1 to 1:300, to be provided to the valve stem (57) and sprayed from the sprayer assembly at a flow rate in the range of 0.5 to 3.5 ml per second.
