Summary:The present invention proposes a novel method which is for controlling pests of tea, which uses heated water, without using any pesticides, and with which it is possible to more effectively control pests of tea. The proposed method for controlling pests is characterized by applying a treatment in which a mist of heated water is brought into contact with tea leaves such that the surface temperature thereof becomes 45-55°C.
