Summary:Abstract The present invention relates to a plant for dealcoholising alcoholic beverages, comprising a rectification column (26) having at least one inlet for the alcoholic beverage, a sump and a top, wherein the rectification column (26) is operable such that dealcoholised beverage can be removed from the sump and exhaust vapour can be removed from the top, at least one evaporator (27) which is configured to supply the rectification column (26) with vapour; and a condenser arrangement (30) for condensing the exhaust vapour removed from the top of the rectification column (26) at least in part. The plant further comprises a heat pump (70) which can operate the evaporator (27) as well as the condenser arrangement (30).
