Summary: | A protective structure of a photoelectric oil smoke sensor, comprising a protective casing (1) having a hollow cavity (2) therein. One end of the protective casing (1) is provided with a first opening (3) that opens towards the hollow cavity (2), and the corresponding end of the protective casing (1) is provided with a second opening (4) that is opposite to the first opening (3) and also opens towards the hollow cavity (2). A probe (5) of the photoelectric oil smoke sensor is sealingly mounted in the first opening (3). Because the probe (5) is sealingly mounted in the first opening, the probe (5) of the photoelectric oil smoke sensor will not directly be exposed in oil smoke airflow. In addition, the mounting end of the probe (5) is sealed. In use, the protective structure is mounted in a manner that the axial direction of the protective structure is vertical to the oil smoke airflow direction. Therefore, the inner cavity of the protective casing (1) has a positive pressure with respect to the oil smoke airflow that tangentially flows at a high speed, and the oil smoke only enters a pipe by means of natural diffusion, thereby reducing the possibility that the probe (5) is polluted. The protective structure has good dustproof and oil smoke pollution prevention effects. |
