Summary:The present invention relates to a vaccine containing immobilized virus particles, wherein the sum total of exothermic reactions in three rabbits in an exothermic test on the immobilized virus particles is less than 80% relative to the sum total of exothermic reactions in three rabbits in the exothermic test on virus particles from which the immobilized virus particles are originated or inactivated virus particles which correspond to the immobilized virus particles.
