A system including a communication interface configured to communicate with an entity profile database, a content database including one or more internal content assets, or reference to a location of one or more internal content assets, wherein the internal content assets include both static and dynamic content, one or more external content assets, or reference to a location of one or more external content assets, wherein the external content assets include both static and dynamic content, individual pre-defined content interfaces that aggregate available internal and external content assets into topic specific areas, and content tags that characterize the internal and external content assets, and content analysis circuitry in communication with the communication interface, the content analysis circuitry configured to retrieve, from the entity profile database details of devices available to a content consuming entity and an entity characteristic for the content consuming entity, retrieve, from the content database, the content tags, compare the entity characteristic against the content tags to determine a set of matching content interfaces among the content interfaces, maintain a content portal for the content consuming entity and including the matching set of content interfaces in the content portal by monitoring the content database of one or more internal and external content assets, and present an up to date set of content interfaces in order of relevance based upon the degree of matching between the entity characteristic and the content tags of the internal content assets and external content assets contained within each content interface and that are suitable for consumption by the devices available to the content consuming entity, and receive, from the content consuming entity, a selection of one or more content interfaces from the up to date set of content interfaces. coc Cf) - ~ 0 (a,
