The device for water drainage and gas production by pressure control and gas lift achieves water drainage and gas production by means of the combination of pressure control technology and gas lift technology, and said device comprises an inner tube (11), a intermediate tube (9), and an outer tube (8) buried within a gas well and configured to be nested with each other, the inner tube (11) being provided with a gas-lift valve (7) and a pressure-control valve (13), the pressure-control valve (13) being connected to a gas pressure source (1) and being able to control the operation of the gas pressure source(1). The described technical solution provides a device and a method for water drainage and gas production by pressure control and gas lift, being simple in structure, low in cost, effective in gas collection, and well-adapted.
