Summary:Described herein are floor panels comprising: a plurality of vinyl layers; a first edge, a second edge opposite the first edge, a third edge, and a fourth edge opposite the third edge; a length measured from the first edge to the second edge; a width measured from the third edge to the fourth edge, the length being greater than the width; a first dimensional stability in the length direction of the floor panel; and a second dimensional stability in the width direction of the floor panel, the first dimensional stability being greater than the second dimensional stability. Methods of making and systems using these floor panels are also described.
