Summary:The present invention relates to an electrical connection point intended for electrically connecting an electric load in a dwelling to the power grid. Said connection point is characterised in that it comprises a first portion (2), referred to as wall block, comprising so-called first connection elements, wherein said wall block is intended for being mounted securely in a wall of the dwelling such that the so-called first connection elements are electrically connected to the corresponding portions of the grid, and a second portion (3), referred to as functional block, intended for providing a specific electric function and comprising so-called second connecting elements, wherein said functional block (3) is capable of being removably mounted in the wall block (2), and thus interchangeable, said attachment providing the electrical connection of the so-called second connection elements to the corresponding portions of the grid via the so-called first connection elements, such as to allow the aforementioned electric function to be brought into service.
