Summary:The present invention addresses the problem of providing a fluoroaluminosilicate glass powder that contains sodium and potassium, which have the effect of lowering the refractive index of glass, but that nevertheless affords a cured dental glass ionomer cement having exceptional acid resistance. The powder is characterized in that the mass ratio of potassium to sodium among the components is 1.2-1.9, inclusive, on an oxide conversion basis.
