Summary: | Disclosed are methods of identifying subspecies of Cryptococcus flavescens and methods of treating or suppressing Fusarium head blight with the different Cryptococcus flavescens species. In particular, two genotypes, Genotypes A and B, were identified using the disclosed real time PCR technique.
