Summary:An energized ophthalmic lens device is disclosed. The energized ophthalmic lens device can include one or more modulated photonic emitters, a media insert supporting a first processor and one or more light sources, and one or more antennas configured to communicate with the first processor and a second processor. The one or more light sources can be configured to generate light. At least a portion of the generated light from the one or more light sources can be emitted by the one or more photonic emitters. The first processor can be configured to receive, from a sensor, an indication to project a visual representation.
