Summary:It is possible to read from and write in an RFID tag, and also to operate other devices. A non-contact control device (30) is provided which is formed to have no 5 electrical contact with the electromagnetic wave generating antenna part (22) and integrally with the electromagnetic wave generating antenna part(22). The non-contact control device (30) receives an electromagnetic wave generated by the electromagnetic wave generating antenna part (22) to generate electric power, and controls a controlled device based on the generated electric power.
