Summary:Abstract Substituted benzimidazole compounds which are transcription factor modulators useful as anti-infectives that decrease resistance, virulence or growth of microbes are provided. Methods of making and using substituted benzimidazole compounds, as well as pharmaceutical preparations thereof, are provided. These compounds are for use in, e.g. reducing antibiotic resistance, treating urinary tract infections and inhibiting biofilms.
