Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for enriching ferronickel to a high density from a raw material containing nickel and iron, and more particularly comprising: a step of slurrifying for reducing the raw material containing nickel-iron and then slurrifying same by adding water; a step of acid treating for simultaneously inducing ferronickel separation and iron leaching reactions by injecting into the slurry of the reduced raw material containing nickel-iron, which is obtained from the step of slurrifying, hydrochloric acid having 0.5-1.5 times more moles or sulfuric acid having 0.25-0.75 times more moles than the moles in the reduced raw material containing nickel-iron; a step of filter-separating for eliminating a solution containing iron from the solution which is obtained from the step of acid treating by separating solids containing ferronickel by means of a filter; and a step of enriching for slurrifying the solids containing ferronickel from the step of filter-separating and mixing same with the raw material containing nickel-iron that is reduced, and enriching ferronickel by performing the step of acid treating and the step of filter-separating. Furthermore, the present invention provides a method for recycling a solution containing iron, which is produced and wasted in a method for recovering highly pure nickel from the nickel enriched product and in a method for recovering the nickel enriched product. |
