Summary: | Provided are a nucleic acid molecule that can be more easily prepared than an antibody, has an affinity equal to or better than that of the antibody, and has an affinity with IgG antibodies derived from rodents; a binding agent using the nucleic acid molecule; a detection reagent; and a detection kit. The nucleic acid molecule is characterized by having the affinity with IgG antibodies derived from rodents, and characterized in that the dissociation constant is no more than 1 μM. Further, the binding agent corresponding to IgG antibodies derived from rodents is characterized by including the nucleic acid molecule. Furthermore, the detection reagent for IgG antibodies derived from rodents is characterized by including a binding agent that binds to IgG antibodies derived from rodents. Further, the detection kit for IgG antibodies derived from rodents is characterized by including the detection reagent for IgG antibodies derived from rodents. |
