Summary:The present invention relates to a medicinal aerosol inhaler comprising an aerosol generation system and a mouthpiece. Furthermore the medicinal aerosol inhaler comprises a medicinal inhaler spacer which comprises a chamber having a proximal and closed by a proximal plate, a tangentially aligned inlet on the proximal end of the chamber and in fluid communication with the aerosol generation system. The chamber further comprises a tapered distal end that is closed, and an outlet extending through the proximal plate into and communicating with the chamber and being in fluid communication with the mouthpiece.
