Summary:The protector has a protective sheath (4) with a rigid cylindrical tubular part made of a light permeable material. A sleeve support (20) connects a flexible sleeve to the sheath, where the sheath has outer diameter of 4mm. The part is treated so as to guide the light from a light source at its proximal end to the source`s distal end. The distal end has a diffusing spacer for diffusing and/or orienting the light guided through the part, where the spacer is mounted inside an angular correction lens.
