Summary:Fastener has sprung clamp (51) and clamp anchorage (31). Clamp has holding devices which can be put into anchorage in order to be rotatably led along a turning axis. It has at least one pressure strap (52) which, when the sprung clamp is turned around the turning axis, can be brought with the rail foot of the rail (21) into a pre-tensioned position. For holding devices, the sprung clamp has essentially bent clip straps (55,56) and the clamp anchorage has guide means concentric to the turning axis.
