Summary: | FIELD: technological processes, chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of manufacture of combined polyurethane-rubber tire includes processing of tire body for subsequent casting of polyurethane tread on it, preparation of prepolymer composition for polyurethane tread on the basis of oligomerous polyol, diisocyanate and silicon-containing modifying additive, and also manufacture of combined tire. At that manufacture of combined tire includes preparation of polyurethane prepolymer composition with application of substance for expansion of chains and casting of polyurethane tread on processed surface of tire body. In preparation of polyurethane tread prepolymer manufacture the following components are used: tetrahydrofuran-epoxy-propane-copolymer ether - parabenzole-diisocyanate or oxypolybutadiene-diphenyl-methane-diisocyanate and polytetrahydrofurandiol or polyhexalactonediol with molecular mass of 1,000-2,000. Preparation of polyurethane tread prepolymer is carried out by addition of 1-7 parts of modified whiskerized silicon or nanometer montmorillonite in 100 parts of composition. In process of polyurethane prepolymer composition preparation synthesized prepolymer is transferred to reservoir A of device for casting of polyurethane elastomer and heated up to ~70-80C. Then vacuumising is done until excessive pressure is less than 500 Pa, bubbles are removed for 15-30 minutes, and substance for expansion of chains is transferred to reservoir B. After that content of isocyanic acid radical is determined in prepolymer, and by established coefficient of chains expansion ratio of substance for chains expansion is calculated to amount of prepolymer. ^ EFFECT: low heat generation during motion and high heat-resistance, long-term operation life and low cost of manufacture. ^ 4 cl, 4 ex, 1 tbl |
