Summary:The invention relates to biotechnology and, in particular, to chemical conjugation methods for antigenic molecules. More specifically, the invention relates to a method for the conjugation of saccharidic antigens. The invention consists in generating amino groups in a saccharidic structure, thereby obtaining a saccharide with two different functional groups, and using same in order to bind proteins to the saccharide. The invention also relates to conjugates which are effective against bacterial diseases and which are obtained using the inventive method.
