Summary: | The wrist watch incorporates an electronic module for memorizing information. The electronic module (14) is situated in a cavity (13) formed in the base of the watch casing, the cavity being open to the outside of this base surface. The wrist watch incorporates an electronic module for memorizing information. This includes an integrated circuit chip linked to an aerial comprising a coil which is able to pick up radio transmitted signals from a read/write unit. This enables reading of the information held in the memory, modification of the information and addition of further information. In order to avoid the difficulties encountered in fitting the electronic module within the casing of the watch, the electronic module (14) is situated in a cavity (13) formed in the base of the watch casing, the cavity being open to the outside of this base surface. |
