Summary:The device has a processing unit comprising a voltage detection circuit (29) detecting voltage, where the detection circuit is connected to a voltage presence control input (30). A signalization processing unit (22) is connected to the voltage detection unit and a fault current detection unit for providing an indicating signal to signaling units (23, 24, 25) when a fault detection signal represents exceeding of a threshold and voltage loss on the control input detected by the voltage detection unit.
