Provided is a coated steel sheet which is improved in tape peeling resistance, solvent resistance, alkali resistance, abrasion resistance, etc. The coated steel sheet coated with a composite coating is characterized in that the composite coating comprises a composite resin (A) containing polyurethane resin particles (A-1) and ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer resin particles (A-2) in an mass ratio of 20:80 to 90:10, wherein respective resin particles have an average particle diameter of 20 to 100 nm and have a silanol group and/or an alkoxysilyl group, and further containing silicon oxide particles (A-3) having an average particle diameter of 5 to 20 nm and an organic titanium compound (A-4); polyolefine wax particles (B) having an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 4 μm and a softening point of 100 to 140˿C; and silicon oxide particles (C) having an average particle diameter of 70 to 200 nm, and in that the amount of the coating is 0.5 to 3 g/m2.
