Summary:Chip (A) for analyzing at least one analyte (I) in a liquid sample comprising at least one analysis spot and a standard scale, is new. Chip (A) for analyzing at least one analyte (I) in a liquid sample comprising at least one analysis spot that recognizes (I) and binds it specifically, and a standard scale comprising several standard spots, present on the chip in a predetermined manner, independently of each other. Each standard spot has fixed to it, in a predetermined ratio (P) which is different for each spot, at least one standard probe molecule (MSE) that recognizes, and binds specifically to, a standard target molecule (MCE) and/or at least one neutral molecule (MN) that does not recognize or bind MCE. Both MSE and MN are unable to bind (I). P is defined as (number of MSE)/(number of MSE + number of MN) and varies between 0 and 1, with the combined number of MSE and MN being constant for all standard sites. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) diagnostic and analytical kits that contain (A); and (2) in vitro analysis of at least one (I), using (A).
