Summary:A mono-component brazing powder (5) is used for a brazing-diffusion process of superalloy parts (1,2) and comprises preparing superalloy powder of the same composition as the parts and 0.1-40 wt.% of a powder of at least one fluxing element (7) chosen in the boron and silicon group. Brazing-diffusion process of superalloy A parts comprises: (a) preparing superalloy A powder of the same composition as the parts and 0.1-40 wt.% of a powder of at least one fluxing element chosen in the boron and silicon group; (b) mixing the powders, and adding beads in a container; the beads and the container are made of a superalloy A, closing the container and maintaining under controlled atmosphere; (c) placing the container in a crusher and moving the container for 30 s- 500 h in order to incorporate the fluxing element in the surface of the superalloy powder grains; (d) cleaning in a chemical bath the parts surface to be brazed; (e) heat treating by thermochemical treatment the parts; (f) depositing on the parts surface the monocomponent powder obtained in the step (c); (g) performing a thermal cycle of oven brazing comprising ramping the temperature in stages up to a brazing temperature of 1050-1400 degrees C determined according to the superalloy and holding for 15-30 minutes; and (h) diffusion by thermal treatment in an oven under controlled atmosphere for 4-16 hours.
