Summary:The invention relates to a composite consisting of an alloplastic textile band (1) with two fixing elements (2, 3) on the ends (4, 5) of said textile band . The textile band (1) and at least one of the fixing elements (2, 3) are glued to one another by means of an adhesive (6) in such a way that they receive a tensile force. The fixing elements (2, 3) are fixed to a bone or a bone and a ligament or tendon. The textile band (1) is used particularly as (cross) ligament or tendon replacement. The textile band (1) can be fixed in a physiological position as closely as possible to the original physiological position. Due to gluing, said textile band is evenly stressed along the fixing cross section when it subjected to a tensile force.
