The regulating unit (4) respectively compares at least one sensor signal as a temperature actual value (i1, i2, i3, i4) with a specified associated limit value (G1, G2, G3, G4).If the temperature exceeds the predetermined value, the supply to the motor winding is controlled. By alteration of the electric power or the motor speed, the temperature is regulated.
