2-large and 10–20 μm-thick Bi
2Sr
2CaCu
2O
8 single crystals were grown from the 2212 starting composition with Bi
2CuO
4 flux. Crystals were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electronic microscopy and electrical resistivity. |
