Summary:An investigation on the dynamic property of a raft structure in a double-stage vibration isolation system is described in the chapter. With a frame structure, the steel raft plays an important role in the isolation of vibration from the power machinery, which is elastically supported by the raft. A finite element analysis (FEA) model is established by means of the software ANSYS, and the vibration transmissibility is calculated. The dynamic property of the isolation system is also investigated in the chapter. The influences of the system parameters on the isolation efficiency are analyzed. To reduce the vibration and the structural noise through the isolation system, it is necessary to modify the steel structure of the raft. The expression of sensitivity of the vibration transmissibility to the system parameters both in structural and material is deduced. The most important elements in the FEA model are found respectively.
