Fast growth (FG) method for La 2− xSr xCuO 4 single crystals
Superconducting single crystals of La 2− x Sr x CuO 4 with zero-resistivity at 15 K and sizes up to 1.5 mm have been growth by the new containerless method. Synthesis and single crystal growth have been performed in one-step process involving only a few minutes.
