Les energies des librons dans hydrogen solide sont calculées en incluant les interactions en tre les molécules largement separées. En comparant ces resultats avec les spectres Raman observés, on obtient les coefficients Г eff = 0.48 cm -1 pour H 2 et Г eff = 0.67 cm -1 pour D 2. Ces valeurs sont respectivement 20 et 15 pour cent de moins que celles qui sont obtenues sans ces interactions.
