Single crystal synthesis and electrical properties of CdSnO 3, Cd 2SnO 4, In 2TeO 6 and Cdln 2O 4

Single crystals of CdSnO 3, Cd 2SnO 4, ln 2TeO 6 and CdIn 2O 4 were grown by either flux or high pressure methods. High electrical conductivity resulted from chemical substitution or oxygen deficiency. Crystallographic and conductivity data are given.
