A further study on the production of NF(b) and IF(B) in the NH 3FF 2CF 3I reaction system
By study of the NH 3FF 2 and NH 3FF 2CF 3I reaction systems, the emission spectra of NH 2, NH, N 2 and NF species are obtained. The F atoms are generated by microwave discharge. The species produced in the reaction system appear in the order: NH 2, NH, N 2, NF. The vibrational and rotational te...

2, NF. The vibrational and rotational temperatures of IF(B) were measured to be 750 ± 150 and 360 ± 100 K respectively, and the maximum IF(B) number density reached 1 × 10
11 molecules/cm
3. The optimized flow ratio of the reactants at which the concentration of IF(B) reaches maximum is given by computer modeling calculation. |
